So we built Mosaic & Co. from the ground up—with the goal of making protection simple, personal, and rooted in real relationships.

Between us, we’ve spent decades in business ownership, design, benefits consulting, and problem-solving. That mix gives us a unique perspective: we understand both the practical side of running a business and the deeply personal side of protecting what matters most.
